« on: December 31, 2008, 02:08:43 am »

GENTLEMEN. GENTLEDWARVES.

Given the number of responses to the Tabletop thread, I have decided to start anew to compile players.

STEP ONE: SCHEDULING.

Post your time zone and your general hours of operation therein.

Once we have a fair number of willing, time-available players, we proceed to Step Two, wherein we congregate and determine who's DMing.

GMT +8: Muz
GMT +4: chaoticag (paranoia only)
GMT -3: Soulwynd
GMT -5: chaoticjosh, beorn, Cap'n Hat
GMT -6: Warlord
GMT -7: lumin
GMT -8: Tylui, Jack_bread

STEP TWO: GROUP

The groups as they are now.

WARLORD255: Mech game, d20 Mecha; GMT -6
Players:
GMT -5: chaoticjosh, beorn
Other (non-forumers): 3-4

LUMIN: High fantasy, Castles and Crusades (w/ Gametable); GMT -7
Players:
GMT -8: Jack_Bread, Tylui, Cap'n Hat

Is it online or in person? Otherwise I only have Sundays.
EDIT: I don't really know my timezone. In my profile, I set it to -3... :P

Hey, i'll sign up, i DID say i'd play after all. I just need someone to explain the rules to me, as i've never played before.

I can make any time, but anything amiable to the eastern time zone won't hurt.

I'm in the Malaysia/Singapore time zone. +8 GMT

General hours of operation - around night here (12 midday to 4 PM GMT). Might be out for the next few weeks because of my new job, though.

GMT -3

And the hours highly depend on the day and my mood. Can't help there.

I am at GMT -7.

I can play just about every night (besided Sunday) at about 7:00 PM.  I'd prefer if our sessions lasted no longer than 2 hours.

Hmm. Looks like we might have enough for a game here.

Sadly, Muz and chaoticag seem to be quite far out of step from the rest; if anyone in that general neighborhood would like to post their time zones, we could get a second group going.

Our largest average group is at GMT -5, so we could build around that.

Post if you're up for a game group. Total players should be 5 or 6, including the DM; if you are willing to DM a campaign, state so and under what system.

I'm up for any game, and am considering putting together a loose d20 Mecha or other mech system campaign, if you've any reccomendations.

Mech game sounds cool. I'll give it a shot. Will there be crazy mech modding ala Gearhead?

I've got something in mind that'll allow for customization.

A fighter pilot or two would be good, as well, for space battlan.
