Also anyone else notice that the root in Gnoll is gno, as in gnosis(knowledge)?  Apparently she knew about something.  Not exactly sure what but it probably had something to do with having 24 kids. Might have also had something to do with having 6 or 8 nipples.

I think it is referring to "knowing" someone in the biblical sense.

Yes, it is quite fitting. "Intensepuzzle" seems like something connected with intellect and cunning but could also work as an euphemism for intercourse.
