Here's a good way to calculate it. If he were the size of a human, how many more times damage could he block? Usually quite small, seeing as with a smaller body comes thinner skin. A human the size of godzilla might possibly survive an orbital cannon shot.

A human the size of Godzilla probably wouldn't have his abilities either though; in one of the later films, he was reduced to a beating heart lying at the bottom of the ocean and completely regenerated from that for the next film. Beyond that, the mere fact that Godzilla doesn't incinerate himself every time he lets off a radioactive blast indicates how hardy he is.

At any rate, he can shrug off barrages from naval-based weaponry and can take a five year long nap in magma, it's well beyond the ability of dwarfkind to hurt him.

Magmamen live for eons within the boiling lakes of fire and dwarves can still kill them with just a whack of the ol' battleaxe. 

I had size 900 megabeasts with the same amount of damageblock still die to a crossbow bolt. Dwarves can kill anything.

One of the vermin in my multitudinous vermin mod, the Ligaean Worm, is intended to eventually transform into atleast a semi-megabeast, after a thousand years or so, provided I can get it to work...

It's a giant unicorn elephant carp, and it's here to steal your hearts and souls.
It actually lasts alot longer than the other megabeasts during worldgen, probably because it's so epic.
I've had one attack by fort, it PAVES blood through the dwarven halls.
