Two suggestions...

One is something, anything, that when you kill it it drops about 200 objects with a fixed temperature of 1 degree Urist, so that they immediately create a cloud of freezing. Not only will it freeze you to death when you kill it, it will also make you lag to draw your death out and make it more cruel.

The other one should be a polyhorn. Like unicorn, but with many, many horns. and it should be really big and strong. "The Polyhorn gores You in the right upper arm with its 2,185th horn! Your right arm flies off in a bloody arc!"
