Just an ordinary fort, as you can see there are a few food stockpiles there, a barracks area, and some workshops. Oh, and some clothes lying around.

Hehe, I noticed the other day most of my play time was spent on me meticulously updating military ranks (in my own personal system) or optimizing with Dwarf Foreman or rethinking stockpile settings for a more perfect distribution. Dwarf Fortress satisfies your OCD.
