I did this on a couple other terms and Finland is at the top every time. This has to be some kind of glitch, or else everyone's getting their internet from Finland for some reason.

I noticed this too after searching some other trends. It's quite perplexing, indeed.

Yeah, doesn't even show the USA for a lot of things, unless you search for something distinctly American like Obama and "apple pie". A lot of the more minor searches seem to pop up in Finland. I'm wondering if Finland has the most spam sites out of any other country

We're so hardcore even the 25% that never use the Internet searched for Dwarf Fortress

I guess I've to remind again that the results are relative to country size (total number of searches). So if Finns made 100 Google searches and 20 of them were "Dwarf Fortress" and Americans made 10 000 and 1000 - the results would look like that.

But yeah.. Finland rocks.

That's the only day it got enough searches to be recorded in the database (many other countries have similar charts).

I am not really surprised. Finns & Swedes are spending half of their life on the internet. 
However I am surprised that only a few finns are active on the forum.

Edit:  If you put DF Wiki you get completely different results.

We've also got a bunch of russians here, don't we? And what does Finland have in common with Russia? Both can get really cold during the winter so you don't really have anything better to do than be inside. Ergo, cold = DF.
