I try to finish up the plans, sorry, I forgot about the whole 'no post, go insane' thing, and just didn't feel like posting. I'm bad.

I say we start work on a HQ soon, right after we rescue all the survivors we can. We will need somewhere for all of us to live.

No Squeegy or Gantolandon yet.  Or Asheron, but I've made peace with his loss to the wilderness.

Well, I'm back at college now, and I've got the crappiest schedule in history.  As a result of this, this turn will be coming some time around early morning.  Just a 5 minute turn so it'll go quick.  But this does mean I definitely won't be able to do more that two turns a week, maybe even one if I've got a lot of work to do.  Which might actually be faster than before, but whatever.  At any rate, as more people find each other, you can start settling an ongoing base, and then it'll be a matter of running actions for some people and chores for others, if I stick to my plan.

I say we start work on a HQ soon, right after we rescue all the survivors we can. We will need somewhere for all of us to live.

I should mention now (since I haven't gotten around to drawing the ship) that there were a couple more pods meant for living in, plus a reusable shuttle for getting to and from the base and the orbital section.  Obviously everyone already knows this since it was part of the mission, but nobody knows where all that is now.  Especially since no one chose to start in them.

How's the water fliter work? Is it heavy? How much water can it fliter in a day? Will it run out of juice?

It's big and heavy enough that it's more a fixture of the Engineering Module than a distinct piece of equipment.  Unless you're not talking about the electrolysis system, in which case ask again.

It's actually been about half an hour.  Just to clarify.

The one in the medical pod.

Okay.  Uh, figure it's a piece of medical equipment.  Maybe microwave sized?  Yeah, that sounds good.  On one of those wheelie stands, with some beeping doodads.

One side is covered with hundred of randomly lit unmarked buttons, some of which are just lights to indicate if a button, which also has a light, is pressed.
Also, 80's style art panels with an overview of the ship that doesn't change and will shoot sparks when damaged.

How much water can it filter in a day and does it require refills on some filtering chemical?

Thanks.  Turn will be done in a few hours.  Trying to decide how much of my work I need to balance with my biological imperative to sleep, but I should have it up soon.  Still no Squeegy or Gantolandon, which is unfortunate since Gant has the Rover.

And I guess I should just give up on getting at people about spelling my name with a U.

The Next Turn
To actually get some shit done, the next turn will be a half hour.  Kallev is still in mortal danger, but if nothing happens in the next couple minutes he's going to die.  It's all or nothing now.

Hopefully, I'll be able to do the next turn on Tuesday, but it might be pushed back to Thursday.  I'm aiming for Tuesday, because if I aim for Thursday, it'll wind up being Saturday.  Procrastinators unite!

“Eh, we'll get to it.”

Oh the woes of dying young!I guess that since it's basically inevitable that I die, I'm going to lock myself into the doorframe and make a silly face. Once my corpse goes rigid, Long John Silver will have to go past my dead body to get out of there, literally.
