No, it's called an ironic typo, because the English language was invented by retarded Vikings and drunk Saxons.

The Greeks and the French had quite a bit of influence too.  English is one of the most bastardized languages in the world.

In any case, I'll work on making that airlock a little bit better, at least until the storm dies down.  When it does, I think it's time for a little exploring.

Harry wonders, with a little fright, where all the oxygen for the auger comes from. If a scrubber then he will look about the site and prospect for a good area to drill. He knows it would be best to do this on the ground with proper tools, but that really isn't an option. He tries to remember an experience of drilling for water from a helicopter.
But to the point, if the auger lacks scrubbers then he will radio the rest of the group questioning his air supply.

He also asks them if they can use the triangulation to find other modules, as he would very much like to get back to the vehicle bay and fix it up later.

Simon, at the Biology Lab, has lots of power but little food. The science crew, at the Hydroponics Lab, has lots of food but little power. Both parties are set on water for a long, long time.

I would like to build power lines along the ground between the Hydroponics Lab and as many modules as possible, starting with the Biology Lab, then the Observation Module, then the Medical Pod, then the Engineering Section. I don't really expect to get all of it done, but Roy is in a Gung Ho, Survivorman sort of mood and he's going to try.

Wow, five days of inactivity.  My fault I suppose, everybody else ran off.

Need a response from: Frelock, Gantolandon, Serg, Nilocy, Indonesia War Minister, Pandarsenic, deadly, Sir_Geo

Remember, auto-success this turn.

In that case, I build an intrinsic field separator and "accidentally" get trapped inside, gaining godlike blue glow.

O.K....
I do try to see if we can harness the energy of the windstorm to generate power... just imagine, using wind to make air, as opposed to the other way around.

Rosie manages to get those nanite blocks and those mars compatable plants out of the black box safes. Happy times for all!

Remember, you can always do the unintended consequences thing, or the "that was unreasonable" excuse, or the "You MUST get this first, no exceptions" method(Can't launch a nuke without the authentication codes, even on triple 5s, unless those 5s bypassed them ore retrieved them and you could use a delay afterward)

Also, there is no guarentee the plants will actually work on mars, or they could have been crippled in transit, or, most likely, they were frozen and have to be returned to room temperature over a few days.

You could even say that the scientists found a flaw in them that made them unable to survive the journey but they sent ones that can on the next supply delivery(and maybe those ones won't work either)

Finally, in the rush to get them out, they may react undesireably with the "habitable" atmosphere(they were intended to be removed outside?) and most or all of them die.

Finally, they just gave generalizations so you can always pull the "storm has died down so you get very little power" or "the technology is broken, but at last you have it, useless as it is" results.

Even if you guarentee a success, they gave you loopholes by the thousand where they succeed but don't get much out of it.

Damnit, it's been so long I've forgotten what I wanted to do, not to mention where I'm at. Auto-success eh? I hunt around for some materials and patch up the numerous leaks and holes in the bug lab. I take off my hood indoors to conserve air.

You're in the biology lab alone. I should be showing up and "borrowing" your electricity next turn.

Well, I'll prolly attempt to get those nanites out if theres nothing pressing, like air leaks, food rotting, deaths (in that order). Since I seriously believe they'll be our key to long term survival.
