This is a simple-ish game inspired by Fenrir's 'Dig 3 Squares'.
host:
-create field
-discuss extra gameplay mechanics with players
-request starting postitions of players
-watch over gameplay,keeping stats and adjusting gameplay.
players:
-choose a color
-choose 3 characters
-choose a starting location
-play using rulesets
A turn consists of 3 moves per available character of the player's side.AP cannot be split between characters.Unless stated otherwise,all actions can be performed multiple times per turn.(provided there is enough AP)
Objective:KILL ALL OPPOSITION!
All characters can perform the following:
-move a space
-dig a space
-build a wall
-guard self(protects against projectiles,only once a round,lasts an entire round,each AP spent protects against 1 projectile)
-attack a adjacent target for 1 damage
All directions are applicable to moves.(including diagonal)
Characters:
(all characters have 3 HP)
-Warrior
Can deal 2 damage in a move,melee.
Can break a fortification for 2 action points.
-archer
Can attack any target within LOS for 1 damage.(determined by host,use logic to determine)
Attacks can fire through allies.
-guardian
Can use two action points to become immune to all projectiles for a round.
-Mason
Can build fortifications(uses 2 action points),these allow projectiles through,can be 'shut' to prevent projectiles from coming through(requires a adjacent character and one action point),Fortifications cannot be dug through.
Can reinforce a wall for 2 action points,reinforced walls cannot be dug through.
Can break a reinforced wall for two action points.
-healer
Can repair a single health point of another adjacent character,cannot heal self.

To join simply state your wish to join,claim a color,choose three characters,and select your starting position.Your starting position will be hollowed out(3x3 area) and your characters will be placed within.

2nd game:A few special rules are added:
ground tiles/walls in the 3X3 spawn area of a player are colored appropriately.
A player can choose to forfeit his turn(cannot issue orders to characters) he then can have one of his dead characters replaced at full health at the center of his spawn.
A flag is placed at the center of a player's spawn,flags grey with appropriately colored glow,players may choose the icon of the flag from the following table

If a player has one of his characters adjacent and spends 1 additional AP,he will capture this flag,once captured resurrection at that spawn is no longer possible.
players may only choose to spawn at the edge of one of the boundaries,or a corner.
No matter what the order that people post their turns,initiative will be handled at random.
