In Nightmare!, the acid and lava floor levers can be a godsend if you have an envirosuit. Water is best, but any special floor stops corpses from dropping, and any corpse in Nightmare has a chance to revive, so a full level liquid floor stops the enemies from coming back.

And yes, the only reason I'm poking you about that is because someone else bugged you about it before.  It's taken me several years, but I have finally learned that people don't take too kindly to having their writing corrected.

But, since someone else started it, you can blame him for every time I nag you about it.  Nyah.

You know what's funny? Finding 4 nukes in an Angel of Light travel run.

Wanna know what's even funnyer? Finding one on level 2 of an Angel of red alert run.

I just tried this and it owns bones.  My first attempt ended horribly in Level 2, my second attempt is going strong on Level 7.

EDIT:  Standard-won my third standard game on HNTR, and my second AoMr game on HNTR.

For what it's worth, Dodgemaster is an amazingly, incredibly broken skill.  Angel of Marksmanship is pretty rough until you get it--and once you have it, suddenly your worries go away.  You need to start conserving ammo at around the time the enemies get too hard to fight, anyway, and Dodgemaster is essentially a "Get Out Of Arachnotrons Free" card.

So far the only uniques I've seen so far were Planeshift Armor (which I lost within a few levels of getting it), and the Cleaver (which got blown up by a barrel).  Bleh.

Time to hit up some more of those bronze badges...after a nap, yeah...

So the Strongman Bronze Badge...Is that basically "Get the Berserker Gold Badge, PLUS more conditions"?  Because it looks absurdly hard for a bronze.

Not really. The bronze strongman badge can be won on ITYTD, which is fairly easy.

What do these explorer and conqueror tags mean in the medal list?

Man.  Running into a mancubus in a narrow maze is really nasty.

Also I'm starting to think the game is easier if you don't wear armor, and keep your boots in your inventory until you need to cross stuff.  Dodging is awesome.
