Both fixed in d5.

I'm one of those curious programmers.  Is the git repository public or is it just the source code?  I'm unable to do a git-clone with your url.

You need to add ".git/" to the url for git-clone to work. I'm looking into it..

EDIT: Now you don't. Working on setting up cgit to let people still browse the source code.

Hi,

I'm testing DF 40d4 on Windows with the default configuration and a save file from 40d.

When I start the game in either windowed or fullscreen mode, everything seems to work normally. However, as soon as I use F11 to switch modes, now any key presses result in switch modes, such that pressing the up arrow twice results in switching into fullscreen mode and then back to windowed mode (or vice versa).

Let me know if you need any more information, or if this has been fixed in a newer version.

Thanks.

Fixed in d5. Now if only he'd release d5, I could stop answering this question. :P

If I hit the space at the title screen, it goes to the option screen.  At the option screen, if I return to the title screen, ANY key press returns to the option screen, and "Abort Game" from the option screen does nothing, essentially making it impossible to quit outside of ctrl+alt+del.

If I do not hit space at the title screen, things seem to work as normal.

Windows, 40d4.

1. How do I get this 40d4?

2. Sometimes, when I'm moseying along with shift+arrow, or sometimes just arrow, it goes up one z-level. Sometimes it just keeps going up and up and up and up.

Anyone else getting this?

1) Via the dev blog, but you probably shouldn't. There are critical bugs in d3 and d4.

2) Known, and fixed along with the rest of the bugs in d5, which should be out.. sometime.

To whoever put the new poll up:
Anyone who has already voted in the thread can't make another vote.
EVEN IF THE POLL CHANGES.

That would be me.
Also, unfortunate; I'll have to ask toady to fix it, I guess.

Then again, are you sure that isn't just because the poll is still *locked*?

40d5 isn't out yet, after all

EDIT: Tested myself. I can vote again just fine, so long as I unlock it first. Which isn't going to happen while there are no valid votes. ;)

Oh. Never mind then. On all the other forums I've been in it works as I described in my last post.

Not to be impatient, but any idea when d5 will be released?
