How to make crystal glass blocks?

I'm editing the smelter, and was trying to figure out a way to make crystal glass blocks for an adventurer's fortress I was making.

I think the line to produce them should look like:
[PRODUCT:100:1:BLOCKS:NO_SUBTYPE:GLASS_CRYSTAL:NONE]

It is in the Wiki
(look at Item_Tokens and Matgloss_tokens too).
