Sorry, I think it's just the code committed to the main source.

They still need to build for the platforms, make sure they work, then release the exes...

This is, as I understand it, in progress.

B27 isn't released yet.

when it is released, you can DL it from the Humble Indie bundle page.

If you didn't get it from the HIB, then you download it from here. username is your email address, password is your product key (Sent to you via email when you bought it)

Ah, apologies. Didn't realise it was a straightforward question with no hidden subtext ...  :)

Oh, cool! I've gotta find my code(s) (I bought CC then got one of the Humble Bundles with it in)!

Someone should video LP a big campaign!

I finally got around to buying this.  I almost beat the Maginot Defense scenario.  The halls were guarded by gatling drones and I managed to shoot down most of the dropships with a flak gunner on the roof, but I ended up tipping over the rescue rocket with my brain-bot and it knocked me into a door, killing me.  Moving vertically, especially in the vertical base shafts, is still a bit of a challenge.  The physics seem just as fidgety as the last time I played (although it's probably quite a realistic depiction of movement for the next ten years of walking robots), but there's something deeply satisfying about blowing up a dropship and watching the flaming debris take out the soldiers below.

Its even more satisfying to destroy a drop-ship's center cargo section and watch he engines fly off and flip over two more dropships

What build are you using? Supposedly 27 has them slightly less clumsy (also not coliding with friendly (living) units or bullets). I don't think it's up for download yet though.

I hope friendly fire can be enabled. I liked being able to make a wall of dead zombies in front of my base.

Cortex Command is pretty damned awesome, Cant wait for B27 to be out. looks like the AI is a bit smarter overall judging by that video Data posted.

P.S. anyone else find it funny that the first half of this thread was Dwarf Fortress players not liking a game for having a bad interface, a lot of bugs, and unfinished features? sorry just found that funny.

We of the dwarf fortress do not like others having the same problems as use with interfaces when the game involves such silly as the crab rocket, I guess.

Agreed, the ultimate goal is for us to have the only bad interface in the world.

Hopefully this is out before the day is done otherwise I'll have to wait until next weekend.

At least then it would be novel :P.
