Oh, I researched the proscribed tech and stroke(?sp) it as soon as I got my labs to switch research. The Church turned back from above Stigmata.
The point is, there was a message that I'm at war with them, no? There wasn't any regarding Li Halan ticking off the inquisition.

I forgot about that.  But I think the Inquisition has to actually see a planet to know if you have proscribed techs, but I hate fighting the Inquisition so much that I don't do anything to piss them off.

I'm pretty sure they just magically know. It's kinda annoying.
On the other hand, the inquisition isn't that bad when you aren't playing with the hyperion mod. Their units are literally unkillable for a while until you get technology for highly accurate units.
