I'm not exactly sure.  But I just redid everything, new EFS, new Nova, and this time, the bugs from before were gone.

Gah, forgot, done, sent.

Turns out those weird messages about lacking resources were my mistake.  They were actually from an Electronics plant on Byzantium, which weirdly I control, but don't get the resource to run.

and my invisible lab dissapeared after one turn of operation. all the bugs are gone. huzzah.

I'm totally fucked now, won't be able to do anything thinking-related, like turns, until I'll get 12 hours sleep.
