I've only done videos 1-10 and it is helping a lot. Thanks dude. You've been a tremendous help. You taught me how dangerous carps can be.

Also, you have a smooth sexy voice. ;D

I hope you narrate more tutorials in the future.

I do a little impression of it whenever I show the game to someone.

Thanks for the tutorials, they really helped.

Now every time I think about the game it's in a dutch accent though haha

Also, what tileset do you have? I would like to get the item part of it.

Thanks alot for this tutorial, chapters 1-4 gave me the running start I needed to start a game, the wiki took care of the rest after that!

Thanks, Cptn, your videos were a big help in learning many aspects of the game. I donīt know, thou, how you manage to record it with a custom tileset. My videos are all ascii graphics.
Again, thank you.

I didn't use the ingame recording option, since that is what you are trying to do i assume. Search the post, somewhere in here i explained how i recorded all of this.

Just wanted to drop by and say I loved the tutorials. They're what got me into playing DF again.

Loved the accent, and the personality. Don't ever change or let anyone try to make you.

I finally get the interface after playing along with these videos, but i found your methods(ambitious mining projects) to be a little off putting. scaleing everything down might have been better(not minning and building as much)

These are the best tutorials around! BreakfastGears forever!  ;D I wanted to look around in the fortress using Stonesense and thought you might like to know, the download links are backwards. Demonbutter link leads to BreakfastGears and vice versa, in case anyone wanted to know. Awesome job Cap, I know I could not play this game were it not for your help.  :)
