Then make a "Slapstick" that uses comedian skill. Priceless!

If you look at the lawcase against EA it is looking very unlikely that things will go badly for EA especially since the Lawyer obviously didn't do their research.

Then again it doesn't matter if the Lawyer's "Research" only has one correct statement out of a hundred... well at least that is how the law SHOULD be however it has been proven that judges and jury tend to often look at a case as a whole.
