I've no other source of rElec, and in Zot Electric Golems will fuck you up. Besides, don't get fooled by the 24 dodge skill, I'm not really dodging much in a GDA.
However 41 SH with Reflection is absolutely hilarious. Since I had pretty much the same items in Elf, I just strolled casually around while people killed themselves with arrows and spells. Unfortunately it appears that fiends nowadays have absolutely no problem tormenting even if other enemies are going to get hurt, but that didn't really slow me down much. (However RIP Ye Olde Hellbeaste trick, thou shalt be misst)
