Thanks to Ash, I have Tornado, ~16 Earth skill. I have a staff of Earth and a Staff of Air.
I also have a -4 Gloves of MR and +5 slaying, and the following rings:

My current gloves are normal Of Strength.
My question is, how do I combine these, and which staff do I use as my main weapon. Do I even use a staff? I have a lvl 9 spell already, even if it's a bit meh for Zot, so I want to get my melee going before picking up Shatter and/or another level 9 spell.
Also I have access to various Dragon hides, can I get my cast going with a Fire Dragon, or should I just shrug it off and get a Swamp one?
