I do believe that all of us who used to, or do watch pokemon, know the first season song.

I do. I watched it back when i was Nine.

Yeah, he's a banned spammer. Normally we'd delete this thread too, but people were having too much fun with it by the time we got here.

Yep, I can still recite the entire tune.  That's worrying.

Yup, I can do the S&W ones (yup, I can actually sing most of the OP in Japanese).  Then again, I do sing a lot of songs in other languages, including Japanese on one occasion.  Singing the Chichester Psalms in Hebrew at the moment.

Being able to sing most of Hare Hare Yukai in Japanese was pretty worrying.  I'm fairly sure it's gone now.

I hope it's gone now.

Dude, now I have that stuck in my head.
Could you do the dance too?

I WANT TO DANCE THE DANCE OF LIFE.

No.  I'm fairly sure I'd dislocate something if I tried.  My friend however... can actually do most of it.  He also has all the character's versions of it on his Ipod.

...Apart from Kyon's Sister's version, mainly because it's pure earrape.

I know most songs in japanese. From burebure, to Tonight Tonight Tonight. I learn them surprisingly quickly.

And yes, I can sing all of the words to "Number One", i.e. the kickass bleach song.
However, seeing as I'm not a black lady, I can't really pull it off as well.

Can you sing "Take it! Salior Uniform"?
This song won't leave my head. I swear, it earworms so well.

EDIT:Not on topic, but did you know in Disgaea there is a powerful accessory named Sofia's Mirror? True story.

Why are people still complaining about Bleach being bad? It's like complaining that fire is hot or that the sky is blue...

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

The Espada were victims of The Worf Effect to show just how powerful the Vizard are (and, logically, how powerful Ichigo will become. Current estimates are approximately 2 arcs before Ichigo spends his entire life in Bankai with Getsuga Tenshō on constantly and additional random Getsuga Tenshō's firing out at random, whereupon he will pull out his mask and Tokyo will explode.)

Presumably the Vizard are about to become Worfed to show how powerful Aizen is, it's currently up for grabs as to if Yamamoto will get Worfed by Aizen, or will Worf Aizen, possibly both. There's good odds that Gin and Tosen are about to get Worfed at any rate (Tosen already got Worfed by Zaraki, to be fair.)

In that case, the entire show is just one big example of the worf effect.

Edit: which, of course, makes the show even worse, as it shows Tite honestly doesn't know how to build conflict.

I just remembered that. I got that item alot of times, and it's part of a line of items that increase all your stats (except for movement and jump IIRC), which is really useful in the early game. The usefulness of the royalty items declines rapidly though when entering the optional stuff, as even the very best one pales in comparison to any decent end game gear.

Although, knowing that Sofia likes Disgaea, I wonder if picking that name was purposeful...

As I've mentioned before my name actually came from an RP topic. Just said that the character didn't know her name and Strife thought it up. Though the fact that the character was based off a Disgaea thief and is a demon I guess makes it canon that the item's her mirror. XD

Oh yeah, I should've remembered. I'm real sad that I can't watch any anime while in college. It's against the rules to download anything to school computers, including the flash necessary to watch from streaming sites. I don't have a laptop, even though dial-up is free. The public tv isn't allowed to stay on long enough to even watch the anime on adult swim or anything. Even if I had my own Tv, staying up that late would be grossly irresponsible, and I'd have to pay for cable, which is a luxury I can't afford.

Man, I remember watching anime from my highschool computers, and I can't even touch it here. I wish there was a more dedicated channel on tv for watching anime, so people with a more restricted schedule could enjoy it.

The public computers can show manga, but those are huge timesinks, and time is unusually precious...

What kind of cruel hellhole did you go to? The computers don't have flash installed, you can't watch the public TV for any length of time, and if you bring a laptop you're stuck with dialup? No thanks.

It seems like most schools with their own network don't let you download anything including flash, or at least my high school was like that.
