So i was finally bored enough to continue watching Shuumatsu no Izetta or the Last Witch Izetta.

To be honest i wasnt expecting much of it anymore, it started out as this weird anime about An Independent Pseudo-Tyrol being protected by a Witch who was riding an anti-tank rifle instead of a broom and fended off a WWII-German Kaiserreich.

However with Episode 5 things started picking up immensely. Suddenly there were plots within plots, child soldiers being used by the "good" Eylstadtians and then later executed by their very own gestapo.

America shows up later too, in the form of The United States of Atlantia and the Republic of Louisiana hinting at an American Civil War which didnt end the way it was supposed to. And while being first shown as another "good" faction they very quickly show a much darker side.

I've reached Episode 9 now and once you get over the stupid thing with a magical girl using lances to destroy Panzer IIs its actually quite enjoyable. The witch herself not so much, but the stories, Conspiracies and Plots developing around it much more.

Also is it just me or can we expect that Duke/Earl whatever to do some fiendish backstabbing later on?
5 bucks say that the white witch is the Original One, revived by Secret Germanian Tech, now intent on destroying the Eylstadtians which delivered her to a witch burning.
Also Also, i see a German/Eylstadt Alliance of necessity against the Atlantians in the future...

Ok my theory of why Shenron is actually scared of Beerus in spite... not being afraid of anyone prior to this (even when others threatened to kill him)

Is because I THINK... judging by how gods work... Beerus, and other gods of destruction, are the only ones who can actually KILL him.

Sure you can destroy his physical form, you can destroy the dragon balls... but those don't kill him so much as prevent him from being called forth.

Code Geass Sequel just got announced at the 10th anniversary event.

According to a friend of mine who speaks japanese the news goes

New Code Geass anime, just annouced at the Code Geass 10th Anniversary event:

- Storyline set "several years after Zero's Requiem"
- Lelouch as protagonist
- Not clear if it's gonna be TV or OVA or Movie
- According to the director, "simply put, it's a sequel"

Here it would have been pretty easy to fake the death since basically everyone was being mind controlled and there was an implication in the final scene that he was alive. For Lelouch's plan to work he only had to appear to die.

IMO him dying fits his character arc better—and seems a bit more plausible, considering the lack of major hints toward his survival—but he certainly could have faked his death, especially since he might be immortal.
