There is no evidence that Reimu nor Marisa has had any sexual, or romantic relationship with Rinnosuke.

ZUN has not confirmed that Rinnosuke is going to be the only humanoid male.
The only non-subtextual/fanon relationship based on romantic, or sexual desires is FemaleXFemale.
The relationship in question is FlandereXReimu, and is onesided.
This of course is assuming Marisa's ending occurred Touhou 6.
Rinnosuke is not as manly as the fandom makes him out to be.
The six victims are dead.

In order to disprove my argument of "Everybody in Gensokyo is gay." you will need to find one couple of heterosexual nature, or prove that one of the characters can have sexual feelings for the opposite gender.
Of course you also need to prove that the same character has an attraction to the same gender as themselves or your argument is not going to be viewed as true.
Then comes in the problem of Devils Proof in which we will have to search up EVERY CHARACTER's sexual preference, which due to Touhou not being focused on character relationships is going to be really bloody hard to do. Else we cannot prove either of our arguments.

But I believe it's safe to say the Sakuya is lolicon for Remilia.
