I'm pretty sure I know how business works now.
I can't stop laughing now, oh spirits, the continuous gesticulation! The worst part is that that's exactly how a lot of meetings (not necessarily business/corporate ofc.) work, albeit slightly more exaggerated than normal.
two things
1.what anime is that
2.i agree that(in my opinion sadly)a lot of business meetings are like that )<:

Yahari Ore no Seishun Rabu Kome wa Machigatteiru (My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU).

The show is absolutely taking the piss out of people who try to look impressive by using big meaningless sentences and buzz words, I love it.
before i go watch this does it have
1.excessive boobage
2.excessive gore
3.well designed characters
What is this "excessive" you speak of?

Indeed, I do this.

Each character has had the equivalent of the entire budget of Fate/Zero spent on each of their frames, and 90% of the shots are of arterial sprays and bits of chunky salsa coating the boobs of one or more female characters in gore of every blood type.

To be fair, well-done blood can make the anime a lot better in the combat scenes.

well i am not a huge fan of fanservice and gore but i gennerally just ignore it. it only realy starts to bug me if boobage/gore is one of the main attractions.(also i actually spend a lot of time reading books suggested by arma(association of renaissance martial arts) so i like combat scenes)

and by characters i am much more intrested in how fleshed out/original the characters are than how they look(i actually like black and white films if they are well made.)

I recommend Hidamari Sketch, best underrated slice of life. Especially since it gave us this (NSFW language).

WOW. Shows what I know, thinking that this was the best video of the genre related to Hidamari Sketch.

1.excessive boobage
2.excessive gore
3.well designed characters

1. I don't recall any boobage, so fanservice is minimum at worst.
2. There is essentially no violence, and no gore whatsoever.
3. Pretty much all the characters have more going on with their personalities than what shows on the surface; the show is primarily about relationships and how you can fuck them up.

It has some derpy comedy stuff, mostly at the beginning, but season 2 got quite a bit more cynical and more focused on the characters attempting to understand each other and deal with their own issues.

Looking back on season 1, the budget leap for the second one was simply astounding in comparison (along with switching to a different studio).
It went from budget anime to one of the best animated shows running right now.
