Googling it, yes. It's a web manga though apparently, not print. For comparison there's an actual Japanese novel:

Tsun Tsun Shiteta Koakuma Imouto ga Yome ni Naru made Dereta Riyuu

Translates into otaku-speak as "Why my tsuntsun koakuma imouto became dere before becoming my waifu". Decoding it's something like "Why my bitchy and devilish little sister became lovey-dovey before becoming my bride". It's good stuff and we anticipate the anime adaptation any day now ...

Full Metal Alchemist is like the only one I can think of that isn't super old.
