But Sailor Moon and DBZ are pretty long to be considered a tertiary glance. They have series lengths that make other series envious.

"I eat at McDonalds or Burger King every day. I know all about American Cuisine". Similarly, watching one or two shows for X number of episodes is a glance. Especially considering over 100 new distinct shows come out each year.

In fact I'd say it gets even better as it goes along because the start is mostly setting dressing.
