Shirobako also has a trollish "cute girls x things" first episode, which is sort of a meta statement given what the show is actually about. Anyone who likes slice of life or would like a behind the scenes show about TV anime production should watch it.

Maou Maou Yuusha? From what I heard the anime adaptation sold horribly so it sadly probably isn't continuing. I heard there's a really popular manga adaptation but it has like 5 of them and I haven't bothered to figure out which one it is.

A lot of people like the manga's character designs more for some reason but from what I've seen of it I prefer the anime's. It seems cuter.

Think the light novels haven't actually completed the story or something. That's what I'd like to see happen, honestly. Ones I pawed through were pretty nice reads, and the world building and whatnot was pretty delicious.

... that's entirely irrelevant to the fact that pretty much all scanlation is explicitly copyright violation and straight up illegal, regardless. There's really not a grey area or wiggle room when it comes to that, unfortunately. That's why linking to stuff like that is... not kosher.
