But seriously, I had such a big grin on my face at the end of the episode. The Rom Com elements at the start were kinda cringy, but the fight was sooooooo goood.

I waggle my hand vaguely at the fight, though. Bit too G-Gundam, maybe? Far from bad, but... I'unno. It didn't really flow right, to me, I think. Not really sure what was up with it. The end bit was amusing, but the rest felt kinda' like the choreography was off, somehow? Like there was pieces missing, or what was there wasn't put together in the right order or somethin'. Don't have the words for it *shrugs*

I am experiencing the strangest sense of happiness and accomplishment. Stupid Oreimo. It's not like I like you or anything, you stupid rom-com. I'm gonna go do a manly thing. Silly spehss, the first step to being a man is realizing that you define what is manly, up to and including being a woman. Rom-coms are nothing in the face of full gender reassignment surgery. You're good.

You only need punch bears if you feel like it, and are okay with assault charges. Or if they like being punched, I guess. You might be able to charge for that in some places.

I would say something like "Well at least there's probably fanfics" but given the few attempts I've made at reading fanfics based on anime/manga in the past, most of the content is too terrible to be enjoyable.

Have you ever had the problem of just feeling too bogged down by the fanbase of a show to the point that it's impacting your enjoyment? I've been having a problem with G-Reco in that I really like the show and use to look forward to every episode so much, but everywhere I go there's just constant back and forth arguments or reminders of the the arguing between the people who like it/have no trouble following it and the people who don't, and it's starting to impact my ability to enjoy watching it and ruining my enthusiasm and making me feel a little depressed because I just want the fandom war to eeeeennnnd.
