It's like a serial Junji Ito manga, it's horrifying and I love it. Some of the stuff that happens is just so outrageous it becomes funny.

The part where that girl from another school - the one who could sense the presence of the parasites and was getting shipteased with the protagonist - is killed. I couldn't advance past the first page of her funeral ;_;
