Compared to TTGL itself, SDF-1 is micro. after all SDF-1 could fit in Earth's Atmosphere in Robot mode whereas TTGL was able to fit the entire Milky Way inside of it.
And heck yeah i love the SDF-1.

Of course, espeically when it comes to Mecha, Size isnt everything.

 I believe the biggest mech list goes Getter Emperor, All those mini Tengen Toppas, uh actually Getter Emperor may go here I'm not sure, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Grand Zamboa, Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Super Grand Zamboa, That thing from Demonbane.

SDF-1 would be about 1 kilometer tall in robot form. It's longer in warship form, 1200 meters.

The flagships Battle Galaxy in Macross Frontier is rated at 1600 meters for comparison. (note the "Battle XXX" flagship naming convention is related to Generation 1 of Transformers, as Kawamori Shoji who designs all the Macross mecha also designed the original Japanese version of the Transformers toys, and Optimus Prime was named Battle Convoy in Japanese).

That's limiting "bigness" to things that transform though. For things that don't transform there are ships in the Macross universe hundreds of kilometers in length.

Ancient Aquarion in EVOL (i think)was fueled by Mykage's Grief and hatred and could bend the laws of relativity, it was also pretty big, All of this is IIRC though.

Another genre I like is Magical Girl, I want some suggestions, but not Sailor Moon or Madoka Magica (I have been into those for a while now).
