I can only hope the Dragonball Z abridged crew (Team four star) makes Death Note abridged at some point...

Iirc it's not even talking, just thinking. Which, I guess, is perfect for an abridged series. Fewer mouth flaps.

WELL to admit Yu-Gi-Oh abridged has become more and more JUST the talking part to the extent where they will skip through the battles often at light speed (As someone who still likes the Abridged aspect of abridged series... I don't exactly enjoy that aspect)

So I guess non-stop talking can work.

As well Gantz Abridged might have action but the main humor comes from just character interaction.

Though there still needs to be something holding the series together.
