In this world, every child is born under a god. Every child can have their god grant them a wish. For the children that haven't made wishes, the gods will disguise themselves as animals and follow the children around. Once in a while comes a human that hasn't made their wish yet. Of all the gods, the cat god is the most boring. It can't grant useful wishes and is frankly annoying. Leerang, who hasn't made a wish yet, has to deal with his cat god as he goes about his everyday life as a delivery boy.

Quite an interesting Premise. The idea that people are strong and weak due to their gods ranks also come into effect, those born with Gods of the Chinese Zodiac are considered the Stronger and Upperclass people while those with ordinary gods such as a Cat/Sparrow/Pidgion and so forth are those considered lowerclass. Heck if your god is of the Zodiac you are required to go to a Special Highschool while the lower ones are required to do bluecolour jobs instead. Interesting premise still...
Though I will say this, this manga, Not all is what it seems...

Reincarnation is the true hero of this story, two characters who along with their close friends and family show up time and time again in different lives, but the two main characters are those that are able to relive them. Imagine this, you BEST FRIEND has always been your Best Friend, since the beginning of time. Interesting concept huh. Or imagine that you actually experience meeting someone that on the moment you see them, you hate their guts. Perhaps they and you have been in a long long long feud that spans lives in the great amounts into the past. Perhaps your skills are all from that of a past life, what if, you could bring out those hidden skills and recreate something you created back then. Imagine... This is why I love these stories...
