Hopefully the Little Busters anime won't fall flat on its face, from what I hear it might come out in either the summer or the fall.

I hate when I find a badass piece of anime fan art and then I look down and realize the artist inserted an unnecessary panty shot. Why does this happen so often?

People are perverted beings. Heck, I hate when that happens in the anime itself.

Your badass characters need to stop wearing panties.

Because most of the fanartists on the net don't have anything there to really distinguish themselves from everyone else, but sex will keep people looking.  Same reason many of them don't put stuff with their own characters out there.

This definitely doesn't apply to everyone, though.  Some people just want to satisfy their ids or whatever, and the entire point of drawing at all was the sex.

It's just like, Sayaka looked so badass, but the artist had clearly put as much effort on her butt as they had on her facial expression.

I don't even think panty shots look attractive. They're just really awkward.

I'm guessing the incidence could be higher with touhou?  An abundance of skirts on female characters is not helpful if you want to avoid fanart panty shots.

Fanart aside I can't tell you how many times I've clicked on a thumbnail thinking 'oh hey looks like I could use this for a character' only to realize when its bigger that the sexual content is just a tad to high to realistically use. It is rather amusing to see how many high quality pictures of that sort get put out though and one can dream if the artist applied their talent to normal pictures.

Surely that merely calls for creative cropping.  Depending on size of the picture and nature of sexual content I guess.

Finally finished FLCL! (Well, I watched the first few episodes a while ago, I just rewatched the whole thing now.) I was reminded of it by the movie Dead Leaves, which turns out to have the same director. It really shows.

It was interesting, the plot wasn't...too hard to understand although it was a bit psychotic. At least...I think I got it? Maybe? Up until the part when the

Oh hey, I finally got up to date on Dangan Ronpa. I thought they were much further in the story than that!

But I don't pay attention to small details like that! It's why I'm so good at murder mysteries!

Well Prince of Tennis has officially gone crazy in the bad way on Episode 70.

Examples: Someone curving a shuttlecock without putting spin on it and someone managing to hit a ping pong ball hard enough to make someone lose grip of their paddle.

I don't know there is only so much I can take with a series that was playing something realistic yet exagerated. My suspension of disbelieve was broken.
