Takumi - main character and protagonists, he's voiced which is always cool and I love his stuttering. Otherwise he's completely paranoid and antisocial which is neat too...
Takumi's sister - she's fine, but I can't possibly see any development
Yua - oh boy, seems to have disappeared after the chapter 1 end bombshell
Misumi - our usual "only person who will talk to us" friend. It's like if Shirou and Shinji switched roles I guess. He's fine however ever since Rimi "showed up" Takumi is having doubts if he's even real.
Seira-tan - I think I need to at least put her here since she even gets a sprite and stuff. Totally useless otherwise besides...private things.
Sena - can't say I know anything about her besides two short scenes. Has a Di-Sword.
FES - can't remember her real name, lead singer for Phantasm and yes, Has a Di-Sword.
Rimi - pink-haired female lead and the one who kills us in the prologue (which seems to be the near/distant future?). Either way she suddenly showed up and she really shouldn't exist, maybe? I guess she would be yandere but we really haven't seen her doing anything bad in reality. Takumi is just flipping the fuck out.
Transfer student - can't remember her name, haven't had another scene with her. She has the same family name as the second murder victim though (we'll get to that).
Takashima(sic?) - the doctor who checked on us and also was somebody we could trust. Disappeared recently. It's just a guess but I'm
pretty sure he's the fourth murder victim (the Vampire House case). That means the culprit must have targeted this person on purpose because of Takumi, maybe?
'Shogun' - old young kid in a wheelchair, we only saw them in person once and it was WEIRD. No people in Shibuya station.
Hospital Nurse - can't remember name, she seems okay still. I would get angry if she was the culprit though, that's silly.
Ban - detective, basically Ooishi from Higurashi, inciting Takumi's paranoia.
Suwa - Ban's younger assistant. Basically like the younger assistant Ooishi had, except well, he has a sprite! Also seems more competent.
NOZOMI - special mention to these guys since they seem like a big shady conspiracy. Don't have any exact people names unfortunately.
New Generation Murders (so far):
1. Five student group "suicide" (it's a closed roof murder, heh)
2. College male with 8 month old fetus placed in abdomen. Very weird. Has same family name of the transfer student.
3. Staking of 50-ish year old professor. NO BLOOD, only about TEN STAKES none of them were trying to pierce his flesh. This one was the one Takumi witnessed on September 29th. HOWEVER, the precognition image 'Shogun' gave and what Takumi saw himself are completely DIFFERENT than what actually was real. Takumi saw buckets of blood and a ton of stakes, in reality none the stakes only pierced the clothes to hold the body up and the victim's actual cause of death was strangulation.
4. Vampire House. Completely indistinguishable body found covered in green (...Steins;Gate now that I think about it? ...pff nooo). Look like the doctor I think. Lots of blood, all drained from his body. The sentence "Whose eyes are those eyes?" are drawn in blood and there's bloody hand prints everywhere.

I guess looking over it this is a very very complex network. There are pieces that fit and connect together but there's still way too much "fog".
