It is a mystery if the reactions are realistic.

Onani Master Kurosawa is about some dude that masturbates daily to girls in his class. He's incredibly cynical. He meets a girl in his class that's being bullied, and things sort of go from there.

It seems like a set-up for a comedy, but it's dark and serious when things start moving. The first few chapters are pretty obviously parodies of other series like Death Note.

It's predictable, but still a fun read.

That's it's original meaning, but nowadays it encompasses the style. Look at Wakfu for example, which is a French anime.
