You know, I kind of like Fate/Zero a lot more than I liked Fate/Stay Night. I've been feeling that for a lot of episodes now, but tonight's kind of brought it home for me. I was originally worried that making literally everyone into a badass would somehow remove the emotional elements, but the whole thing feels more maturely handled. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Fate/Stay Knight, but I think the scenario and concept was fully realized here.

I've started reading the translation of it...

Have to agree there.  Fate/stay night was overall a pretty neat game but things didn't start getting cool until the second half of UBW and pretty much all of HF.  Fate/zero managed to keep a nice pace the entire time and I don't remember a day where reading it wasn't fun.

Also, Fate/stay knight is totally a thing.

Oh, and Turnabout Scapegoat is long as hell.  It's pretty much a standard case size from a normal game!  The full series is called The Contempt of Court and apparently the second case, The Haunted Turnabout, is done as well.  Woo.

See, I don't really see much, if any, fanservice in the GIS movies or tv series. The movie had some nudity, but it wasn't inappropriate. And the only thing in the series that could be seen as "fanservice" was Motoko's (lack of) wardrobe. And that was never a focus of the show. It never really stood out as an issue to me.

Taz linked me to some dude on Gamefaqs saying that Liar Game will be back this Thursday.  I'm looking through Weekly Young Jump's site right now to confirm this.  I have my hopes up, I really do.

Did it ever explain where the hell he went during his hiatus? Because I can only imagine an evil supervillain kidnapped him to exploit his genius in creating schemes and yappy mouths, and he's only now been rescued.

I did a quick google of Turnabout Scapegoat, and I have to say I never realized how large the casemaking community was for Ace Attorney.

Have you looked into Turnabout Substitute? It looks to be a really cool one.

That was one recommended to me, yes.  I haven't played it yet but pretty much every fancase besides the Contempt of Court cases have Umineko music I've heard.

Reading through the Ghost in the Shell manga for the first time; just finished with 1.5

The bots are even more adorable than in the tv series. :3

Yeah it is pretty cool.  The problems I had with it are fake difficulty in one section and... well the villain just wasn't as good at the Scapegoat one.
