Depending how serious it take itself, that could be completely effing amazing.

It's good when it doens't take itself seriously. At the last few episodes it tries some bullshit drama that seems so out of place when the main character in a frilly skirt, then reverts back to taking the piss for the last episode filled with vampires playing violins and shit.

Needless to say, it's a fairly strange show.

My friend and I watched all of Kore wa Zombie desu ka? and we both really enjoyed it. It's a very ridiculous show. We were hoping the entire time that he kept stacking powers (Zombie Magical Girl Vampire Ninja!), but that unfortunately didn't happen.

The thing is that, while towards the end it got a bit more dramatic, it was also actually following the plot.

The premise of the show is that the main character was killed and was raised as a zombie by a very quiet necromancer. As a zombie, he can eventually avenge himself and the others that were killed by his murderer. The premise is actually pretty awesome. It gets silly when he steals the power of a magical girl (Not spoiling anything, since it's SUPER EARLY in the series), but if it stayed silly, the plot would have died off. The drama is actually pretty good, IMO. When it goes back to being ridiculous, it's sort of a breath of fresh air. I think the creators did a really good job with it and I'm really glad a second season is coming out. I hope he finally stacks powers now, hehe.

Clock Tower 3 is a modernisation of the clocktower series, its major change is that the main character is basically Sailor moon. In a series that featured VERY little combat.

I finished Act 11 of Fate/zero earlier today.  That was so depressing and sad.  Everything about that was tragic.  This is just gonna get worse and worse...

In further depressing news, I finished one of the Akiha routes in Tsukihime.  I am sad.  Somebody hug me.  For future players, never get a 'Normal' ending in a Type-Moon unless you want to cry.

Time to go back and fix shit.  I gotta get the best ending.

And of course the glory that is the Hidamari Sketch specials. I might watch the ZnT reairing, although I dunno if anyone will bother to rerelease subs on better raws seeing as SS-Ayu hardsubbed the first two seasons. I might watch Shimanchu MiRiKa but theres no fucking way it will get subs.

Working'!!'s preair first episode was more of the same, except with far more Poplar and Yamada, and much less of Inami. Thank fuck for that. Her punching Takanashi got old about an episode after she was introduced, but nope she just hogged screen space for the rest of the show.

Boku Ha Tomodachi Ga Sukunai and Denpa Onna are by the same guy, so I was expecting similarity, but the general feel is exactly the same. The OVA was really just introducing the characters, so there's not really much to say it about it now. The premise seems quite interesting though, so i'm looking forward to when the TV version starts on the 6th.

Busou Shinki Moon Angel is another 5 minute show, although this one is webcasted. I wasn't expecting much, what can you really get from a 5 minute episode? It seems to be about some tiny girl in a battle suit who has made an enemy of some other tiny girl. Hard to judge after 5 minutes, but the action scenes were cool, even if it was some derpy CG.

Yeah I'm starting to get that feeling now too.  The more I read the more adaptions I see.

EDIT:
Finished volume 3 of Fate/zero.  And here I thought the anime would out-pace me.
Volume 4 is the longest with 300 pages.

Probably gonna start the F/sn anime for real this weekend.  Also want to see the TWGOK anime for some laughs.

Took a look at Un-Go.

If that's true this will be amazing.  I might have to start watching this as well.  BONES will always be one of my favorite studios.  They do all the murder mysteries/sci-fi action/good shounen, all of them.

Oh and to make this post even more disjointed.  Fate/zero's illustrations seem to vary in quality by quite a large margin.

Both of these are from volume 3 and are near each other just to show how jarring comparisons can be.

Here we have Tokiomi speaking with his daughter Rin for probably the last time in his life.  He speaks gently, but with powerful words and Rin listens diligently.

Here we have Kotomine a few scenes later talking with Archer (GILGAMESH) about life and such as they usually do.  *cough*also betraying Tokiomi*cough*
