Current EventsI wake up today to see Tohsaka breathing down on me in my room. She's just relieved to see I'm okay I guess. Then I call her fat.
And then she leaves. I don't know why either. After looking around for Saber I finally find her in the dojo just like some past life or something.
She greets me and we talk about serious business. She wants my motivations for the Holy Grail War and I give them to her halfheartedly. Then the phone rings and hey look it's Fuji-Nee. Since it's Sunday there's no school but clubs are going on and Fuji-Nee is hungry so she's asking me to make her lunch and come down to the Archery Club with some food, uh oh.
This never happened in my past game because Tohsaka was staying at my house at the time and told me not to answer the phone I think. Or a at least not to help Fuji-Nee.
In any case, I make some omelettes for lunch, because omelettes are for lunch dammit. As I put my shoes on to leave however Saber begins to put her own shoes on and I tell her to stay her. She refuses of course and I try to give her my best excuse before dashing out the door. It takes about thirty minutes to get to school on foot if I go at a steady pace and the whole time I see Saber following behind me. I stop a few times to try to stop her because having her come to the school would be hard to explain. In the end I can't convince her and I tell her to pretend to be a foreigner that knew my Father and pretend you don't know Japanese.
As I'm coming into the Archery Club I run into Mitsuzuri Ayako! Who the hell is this?!
I believe I ran into her
once when I was Tohsaka in the prologue at the very beginning on the very first day. All I know is that she's the captain of the Archery club and she has a commanding attitude.
Apparently she's been "busy" lately so that's why she didn't have any food prepared for Fuji-Nee. She thanks me I think, questions me about Saber (which I say to just give an excuse to everybody there), and then we both head inside.
Inside is a very angry Fuji-Nee, a bunch of hurt club members, Sakura in her archery uniform with new sprites, and no Shinji to be found anywhere. Apparently he was busy today so he didn't show up. Ayako says he's always like that when he finds a new girlfriend, hohoho.
After feeding Fuji-Nee and saving a few people I decide to hang out at the Archery Club and watch Sakura shoot arrows and stuff. She seems bothered that I didn't come to watch her and was just bringing food but whatever. Saber just stands next to the wall quietly the entire time. While I watch Ayako comes up to me and we engage in a pretty long conversation about archery which Shirou is very good at, he quit after an argument with Shinji but he says that's not why he quit and so on.
Ayako says I'm too unselfish and never laugh.
Shirou really does never laugh. He's always serious which is kinda sad. In my whole playthrough the first route (which spans fifteen days) I think I heard Shirou laugh
once and I don't even remember why. He just never laughs.
She also calls me a master which kinda sets off my alarms in my head at first but then I realize Ayako doesn't it mean it that way. After a little more discussion Archery Club is over for today so Saber, myself, Sakura, and Fuji-Nee head home together for dinner. On the way I explain Saber's situation more to the two and tell Fuji-Nee Saber will be staying at my house. At first she rejects the idea, but then she thinks of a compromise. If Saber stays Fuji-Nee will also be staying at my house for the nights, which Sakura enthusiastically adds herself in. Plus two for my harem. I head to bed alone as the three ladies go to sleep in a separate room and my me nervous. After an hour or two I get up and go to train for the night like I always do.
INTERLUDE 4-1
Tohsaka and Archer are heading around in the city at night looking for Masters. In their searching they find a building full of at least fifty unconscious men. Tohsaka beats the hell out of a dozen skeleton minions as well. After deducing that this is Servant Caster's work and that she's at the Ryudou Temple Archer brings up that they're going for the hard enemies first instead of the easy ones. In which case he means Saber and Shirou. Tohsaka says it's better to just let them hold up inside their house and deal with it last. Archer then brings up a hypothetical point here
And Tohsaka says something pretty scary.
