Yeah, that's Funimation, not the show.  They did something similar with Axis Powers Hetalia.

Maybe now you'll learn to get the subtitled version instead. :p

I'm... about to watch Usagi Drop... I have no idea what I'm in for but it'll make a certain someone shut the heck up. >.<; Well... I mean... I'm presuming it'll have something to do with rabbits... but I'm not exactly expecting Chii's Sweet Home or anything. :p

I just finished up with Bio Meat: Nectar.
I highly recommend it. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any flaws.

Usagi Drop was actually good, and I liked the oddball art style. And let's face it; Daikichi looks pretty badass. Mind you he's not done anything badass he just manages to look the part.

What's sad is I actually know someone around my age who's uncle is around eight years old. :/ Though due simply to ridiculously large families as opposed to old dude 'sowing wild oats'.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Death Note, and Fullmetal Alchemist (Both the original anime and Brotherhood.) are my default suggestions.

Depends on what you like. Samurai Champloo or Cowboy Bebop would probably be my defaults. Would probably have to second Gurren Lagann as well.

Saikano (Saishu Heiki Kanojo) is a good start. I'd add;

Tokikake (Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo)
Air
Gunslinger Girl
Cowboy Bebop
Fate/stay night
Blue Gender
Azumanga Daioh
Potemayo
Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha

That should cover most genre's and sub genre's. Though I think we're missing 'supernatural' so uh... Ghost Hunt? Anyway this ought to give you a widespread enough base line of what you do and don't like to get halfway decent recommendations. ;p
