Ok guys, I can't remember the name of this anime so can I get some help?

It's about vampires (I know, I know. Bear with me) and it foucos'es on one in paticular who is decked out in a red long coat and hat, he has those round glasses like ozzy does and uses dual pistols. Also it looks quite old.

the only reason I want to watch it is it looks bloody, action filled and absolutely bonkers.

That's Hellsing.

It's being remade as Hellsing Ultimate. Might be finished now. Everyone who's read the manga says it's much better than the original one.

lets see:

hellsing. because alucard is just fudged up and funny.
wolfs rain, because its the one anime ive found that manage to put in decent feeling and was so well animated and artistic.
berserk was good, dont partic like its later chapters compared to its first ones, but its still readable.
Sky blue 2142 is an ok animation movie, good to kill an hour.


thing is: i watched anime via finding it on my own through boredom. I dont exactly give a flying pink cupcake about whats popular. -since its usualy mindless rubbish-
i like the more realistic ones, ones that dont try and shove tones of talking and feeling and rubbish into every single scene, yes you love her i get it now for gods sake do something or slit your wrists you damn pansy.

I'm not saying you shouldn't watch it, but I felt like it was just another 26 episodes of Eureka Seven. It had some interesting ideas, but it was so similar that it was hard to judge the show on its own merits.

It's the better of the two though.

Whitebeard is a total bro, or should I say father?  Either way, time to watch more Angel Beats!

Episode 6 was really good.  I remember seeing a gif of everyone jumping out the window with TK leaning backwards off it.

Episode 7 was great too, I think this was an added OVA-type episode though.  Either way, twiiiiiiiist ending!

Intro riffs to the openings for DTB and K-On are amazingly similar.
Almost the same.
And then the songs take completely different turns…

So guys, I've been making a list of awesome AMVs. I felt that after seeing this one, I should like to know if anyone's actually seen this anime:

The AMV itself isn't high-tier on my list (but pretty damn close), but the animation is just... bewildering and awesome.
