I watched the first episode of Star Driver yesterday.  Not surprisingly, it was FABULOUS.

Decided to start watching One Piece. Starting on ep4 now. Damn this is moving fast, or at least it feels like it.

Does Coby ever reappear later in the series?

One peice? The 4kids version of that used to be on in the mornings here, and as such I can never take that show as anything more then a kids cartoon. Yes, 4kids killed it for me, sorry folks, but that's what they do.

Anybody have any idea how tsubasa chronicals is comming along? I got bored of waiting for new episodes, so I read the manga instead, and forgot all about the anime. Now I'm wondering if were going to get that hinted at series with just Syaoran, Kurogan and Fye.

If you're willing to give One Piece another chance, do check out the good dub or sub.

To my knowledge they made a movie and abandoned the anime because the artist was soo angry at the changes the anime made.

Personally IMO animes should be different from the mangas.

This brings up a lot of questions for me.

1) Why'd they choose to make the main character the daughter of a relatively minor character?

2) Did they break up some of those implied pairings from the anime? I thought WuFei was "paired" with Sally. Or is WuFei her father?

3) Does this also mean something happened with Hilde? Hilde was "paired" with Duo and yet Duo has a son but that son has a "late" mother. I liked Hilde D:

4)The movie ended with "weapons such as the gundams were never seem again" so....retcon? Or will there be no mobile suits in the novel :/

So.
Just finished reading Hanjuku Joshi.
It was amazing.
As I mentioned in the Happy Thread, it left a feeling so strong and overwhelming, I ended up vomiting.
Definitely worth a read.
NSFW, though.
Not at all.
