This handy guide (spoiler warning, I guess, if you read far enough) has it split up into arcs and sagas. The buggy arc, for instance, is 5 episodes long, whereas the arc Toony is on it forty-eight episodes long. The current saga is 150 and counting. Long anime, as they say, is long.

478 episodes so far? Holy hell, I'll need a new hard drive just for this series alone (or at least a partition if I don't have it in any HD quality (at least the pack I'm getting is like that, still a bit over 100GB is a bit much. And I'm getting it in 50ep packages)).

The steam sale doesn't help my obtainment speed either.

Sure won't. I think if I was gonna watch a fighting anime it would either be that Qwazar thing, because its premise is weird as fuck, or Soul Eater.

But it is unlikely.

I can't believe I read all the way from the first volume all the way up the the Esparda arc and then continued on tell 401. I used to love that manga... but, me and Bleach don't get on well very well after the argument, we hardly recognise each other let alone talk.

Actually, the first 2 "core" arcs (episodes 5 and 6) are already fully translated.  Episode 7, when the answers actually start coming for real, has its 50% patch due out on tuesday, with the full translation probably coming out before the final episode is released.

Probably, but I'm not that much of a hardass. I still watched Aria and it was 54 episodes.
