I thought it was awful, nonsensical non sequitur. Your mileage may vary. To be fair, I only watched a few episodes.

To admit some animes have great first episodes and even less have TERRIBLE first episodes relative to what the rest is.

Though if I remember correctly... Ultimate Muscle (the newer one) started off entirely stupid but as it went on it actually started to get interesting once the fights became... well... fights. Though I dislike how underpowered a lot of the wrestlers became once defeated... Checkmate (or whatever his name was) came into the series as the ultimate wrestler. Once he was defeated even the peons started to kick his butt.

I would watch more anime, but there aren't too many broadcast on TV here on Long Island and the ones that are tend to be on at obscene hours of the night.

I don't know, I like both.  The sub I don't care and the dub all the voices are good.  Bradley's is really intimidating and Mustang is Zoro.

Yessiree, and Al's voice is good too.

Now, if only my speakers worked again...

(I watched it first in Japanese with subs, and some episodes with dubs. Then, my speakers broke. Bleh.)
