EDIT: I KNEW IT! I thought he sounded familiar.
Gimmy is voiced by Tsukasa from .hack//SIGN!

OH MY!
He also voiced Horiuchi (Meow) in Bleach.
and the main character in Metropolis.

BTW, anyone else here watch the movie Metropolis? I remember it being good, but forgot the plot :(
