It's much better to hear "I'm gonna kick your ass!" than "I'm gonna clobber you!"
Also, they won't even say "devil's fruit", instead saying "accursed fruit".

The other version is better.

Don't watch the 4kids dub if you're watching the dub.

It's....OK let me go through a list.

1.  Never Say Die (I'LL BRING YOU TO THE SHADOW REALM)
2.  Complete OST music change (the original music is fantastic why would they change it)
3.  Zolo (this doesn't really bother me though)
4.  Sanji's horrible accent and his nicotine lollipop
5.  Everyone's horrible voice (they give every freakin person an accent for no reason ei. HIPPY MAN)
6.  No swearing (if you don't like that kind of stuff)
7.  Editing and just complete destruction of MAJOR plot points (the Arlong Arc is completely destroyed)

The intro music is pretty catchy though, 4kids has a skill with that.  Like Pokemon and Yugioh.

It's time to DU DU DU DU DU DU DUEL!!!

Wait, I thought Usopp's voice matched his character in the 4kids dub...

Hrm...All I know is that the cartoon network one had no cursing and wasn't as good as the other dubs I was watching...which I'm not sure what it's from.

Nothing in the action genre that I can think of. But comedy wise, seto no hanayome, mystery wise, Dennou coil, and whatever genre that makes deathnote so awesome.

Also, Bakuman, a manga about manga artists lol. Not good like TTGG, I just wanted to mention it.

I was going to watch that, and then realized it was going to be 70 episodes about bread and didn't.

To be fair, I have not seen it... but I did see the gigantic bread mecha and had to conclude that it must be one of the most awesome things ever.

Or you could try Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei.  It is shorter and also AMAZING.

When I think, "Almost as awesome as Gurren Lagann", Great Teacher Onizuka immediately comes to mind. The first ~25 episodes are great. The later ones are decent, too.
