Filler exist because a single episode can cover months worth of chapters, and shorter to produce it then it is to draw it, for some reason.
Filler cant be escaped. --- Filler can be escaped if the source is a completed work. Original anime with no magna source tend to not have filler.
So am I alone in thinking that bleach is kinda of boring?
It has some moments but I find it terribly lacking.

Everything is lacking isn't? The emotional development is stunted, the production design is average, the writing is average. The sword play is mind numbingly boring. If you look at Samurai Shamploo, or Afro Samurai, or Earl Flen movies, its fencing is infantile.
OH NOES emotionally vacant enemies?! We havent seen that before!
The hollows are almost neat. The ...vampire like things, there more like chinese chi vampires was almost clever.
The show lacks constancy which for me makes it harder to suspend my disbelief.
Some of its characters are fun, like Kenpatchi is terribly fun. I like him. Kon seems really out of place, and as does the girl who uses faries for how abilities. Thematically they feel like its fighting itself, and also when they appear they kill any tension or drama. Which is sad as you need comedy to break tension and resettle a scence so the audeince and character can relax and allow it to build up again, but it doesnt do it very well here.
How bleach deals with filler is pretty nice. It tries to give original content, instead of just adding more scenes in fight with constipation growls or extra hits.
