Oh I know, it just made me laugh.

As do their legs, which seem to be 60% of their height.

Gurren Lagann ep 12:
Dammit I have to know what the song is called when Gurren Lagann powers up and activates his drill power.
Have tried searching it on youtube, but couldn't find it yet.

Edit:
Nevermind found it.

Hey Hawk, is your avatar of anything in particular?

Sakuya from Touhou.

Spoiler: From this image. (click to show/hide)
I actually have a line of Touhou avatars, I just never use them.

Touhou is just a bunch of bullet hell games right? How's it so popular anyhow?

Bullet hell and fighter games, but yeah.

It got popular because of the huge and interesting cast.
The amount of fanworks about Touhou is just staggering, really, and a lot of it is rather high quality.

I had trouble taking the first episode of Code Geass seriously.

Stuck with it though, I'm at ep14 now.
I'd have to disagree with such an assessment - the values of the "Britannian Empire" seem to correspond with those of the British Empire far more than they do with those of America (although the Britannian Empire still controls America).  Britain had a tendancy to snatch up far eastern countries, although never Japan...

But yeah, I enjoyed it.  Felt nice to be genuinely surprised about the last few episodes.

If you have trouble takeing that seriously, I wonder how you can watch other animes.
From the ones I've seen CG is one of the least ridiculous.

Oh and I agree with Leafsnail.
It never crossed my mind to associate the Britannian empire with America.
The british touch just fits too perfectly.

Y'know, I'd much prefer to have a royal family like that than the bunch of inbred morons we have in real life.  Ah well...

No.  Not yet.  I was planning to watch it over my half term break :P.

EDIT: Wait a second, I knew I recognised Lelouch's voice from somewhere!  And now he's started laughing again, I've realised where!

I like the story behind the Damocles. Its prophetic.

Lelouch = Johnny Yong Bosch

Stewie = Seth MacFarlane

One heck of a difference though, eh?

I'm not saying he's the same actor.  Just the laugh reminded me of Stewie.  A lot.
