Well, she still wants to kill Shinku even as the crystals slam into her back.  And then after that she only appears for about a second and doesn't speak.  Unless her attitude has changed rather dramatically, she's probably still out for revenge.

When they are attacked by the giant wolf in the second last episode of the first season, it seems like Holo slept with it to get away. If that is true, I will rage for days.

Indeed, that is what is implied.  I don't think it's the case though, it seemed more like she just generally submitted to him in order to get him to lay off.

Why didn't she just tear it to pieces? I'm pretty sure she could have. I guess because it would have taken awhile, and she was in a rush.
I can't see her letting the wolf do anything...sexual though. She has too much pride to allow that to happen. Maybe she just treated it as a superior, and that is why she doesn't want to speak about what happened, because it is embarrassing that she had to bow to an inferior creature.

Yeah, she probably could have torn it to pieces, but she talked about settling it like an adult without violence.  So yeah, judging from the brief clip, I'd go with the "bowing down" theory.
