Also, I knew that Kaji and Misato had something in the past...

The scene change to them in the elevator was jarring, though.

I thought it was some perv dream of Shinji's or something at first.

Help me out with this, guys. I've been really considering reading all the way through every chapter of Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle. I don't have a million minutes of spare time at any given day, but at the same time, I don't have any other manga I'm currently reading. Is it worth it?

I just checked out the page at mangaupdates.com and it looks pretty cool from everything.  You can check out the user reviews there too if you mind, although opinion is opinion there.

209 chapters is a whole hell of a lot though.  That will take some time to read.

EDIT:  I might read it myself too I guess later.

Arc 4 is horribly mutilated and has an absolutely crucial scene missing altogether.  Damnit, they could've at least had a montage.

Yep, so far I've watched episode 1 and 2 of the anime.  Both felt really really rushed.  They could have slowed down at least a tiny bit and NOT skip over plot points.

Don't think so.  I really only enjoy CLAMP as a manufacturer of tooth-rotting sweetness, and nothing else.

I loved Angelic Layer, Clover, and CCS, but I've read through a lot of TRC, XXXholic, all of Magic Knights Rayearth, and the beginning of X.  Chobits was all right--fairly good for mainstream shoujo.  The latter series were just too ... eh, I dunno.  I just don't think I can conscionably recommend them to anyone.
