Just don't get too attached to the plots... Second season it pretty much gets thrown out.

Which is too bad because they developed one character VERY well and basically forgot about her second season.

So I've been thinking about it, and I'd like to ask everyone what is the most "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!?" silly anime they've seen. I ask because the ones I've seen are all pretty enjoyable. On the top of my list would have to be FLCL, with Abenobashi Magical Shopping Arcade, Korewa Zombie Desuka, and Panty & Stocking w/ Garterbelt following close behind. In the latter cases, it's not so much you don't know what's going on, but it becomes so outrageous it counts, so that you might ask yourself that question when watching it.
