That was my favorite arc, but now that I'm witnessing Water 7 and Enies Lobby I don't know what to think but coooooooooooooool.

They make a few vague posts and sometimes sign up for a mafia game or RTD.  Then they lie dormant for a couple of months, THEN they post their ads.

Toaru Majutsu no Index The first series is finished at 24 episodes long but they're currently working on second series of Index. But I suggest after you see Inex series 1, go for Toaru Kagaku no Railgun then Index series 2 as thats how they made em.

Railgun is a sidestory for Index 1 from Mikoto and her friends point of view.
